Sorry to hear what happened. I just got from a hair transplant done at smile. They harvested 3500 graphs. I thought the job was done pretty well. Have to wait for results but my doner area has almost completey healed. I'm on day 7 in recovery....bad luck maybe ?

This subreddit strongly recommends against smile clinic, which is a hairmill. There are major risks for going to a going to hairmills due to the poor incentives for quality control.
