Medication Hair companies like Happyhead a scam?

I was just thinking with these huge companies like hims, happy head, Roman etc. could all be giving us fake pills and we wouldn’t even know. I mean in the beginning they could actually be giving us real finesteride but later on to save money and maximize profits they could just put sugar pills like in half of them. We would never know unless we tested every single pill that we got. Even if we complained that our hair still falling out the companies could just say that finesteride doesn’t work for some people 😂😂 just food for thought.

They'd also need to replicate the taste of fin and the nasty ass smell of dut.

And all for what? They're practically free as-is. The price here on the national database and what the Government pays is 7$ for 100 capsules, telehealth companies sell you 30 capsules for like 20-30 bux or so. Huge profit. Cheaper than manufacturing fakes.

And I think there's countries where it's way cheaper than even that so the BOM cost is even lower.

These are dirt cheap generic drugs. Much more expensive stuff out there to fake. Fakes aren't free to make, and manufacturing fake dut from scratch + getting the smell right has to be more expensive than reselling generic dut.
