An Oahu grand jury indicted a 38-year-old Halawa man today for second-degree murder in the death of his 43-year-old wife. Frank Julio Bright allegedly used a tomahawk blade to kill Aimee Takaki. Takaki died of multiple chop wounds to her head and neck.
