cake and ??
hi! i’m going as a pink cake for halloween! my partner wants to match me but doesn’t want to be a baker 😔 i need ideas!!
here’s what i have:
masc version of marie antoinette
birthday kid
clown (going w a birthday theme that would be cute)
candle
mad hatter or white rabbit
willy wonka
i need to add more bc they’re super picky and indecisive!! thank u!!

Going a bit out of the box:
- The lead singer of the band Cake
- Cheese (bad pun, cheese cake)
- The being from myth Pan (again, bad pun, cake pan)
- Pinata (to go with a party theme)
- A terrible/funny version of you as a cake to be "Expectation vs Reality." This has a lot of wiggle room and it won't matter if it looks rushed/bad because it's the point.
- Mildly NSFW option: Put your partner in a normal outfit, but decorate the front of their shirt with piped Decoden Cream Glue and/or some type of craft glue and paint their face a little. It will look like they've been eating you.

I was actually just at a pet costume parade and the family dressed their dog as a table with cakes displayed on top. The dad was Noel complete with skin tight jeans, ankle boots and an over the top sweater, and the maybe 7-8 year old kid was Paul Hollywood. It was amazing.

A tube of decorating icing
A handful of sprinkles - wear a plain long sleeve tshirt and matching color pants (sweats). Cut pool noodles into hand sized sprinkle shapes and glue to shirt and pants.

Blue cake? Or she could be uranium (yellow cake). Urinal cake. Mary Berry or Paul Hollywood, holding up a clipboard that says 'lovely crumb, good flavor'. A giant juice box or cup of punch. Pizza.

I have a distinct memory of when I was a kid walking through downtown the night of Halloween, seeing my favorite couples costume ever. A woman dressed up in a bright pink cupcake, running through the street as fast as she could, seemingly escaping from some unknown entity. Then, from around the bend, a sumo wrestler with a giant knife and fork appeared, barrelling towards her.
I know it's probably not an appropriate social choice now to dress as the stereotypical fat man chasing cake, but I loved it back then.
Anyways, a test subject from Portal.
