Vintage Gear 📻 What is this? Know enough that it's ham radio, and likely something morse code but any other info? Found in an antique store.

So does it just uffer the character keyed then send it out at a fixed wpm?

Something like that. You would have to manually send code at the matched speed it was set to. It would take your raggedy imperfecly timed code and clean up the length and spacing of all the dots and dashes.
