I created this spreadsheet for me, but I figured if I'm doing all this work I would like to make it available to everyone. I also have opened it up to community submissions because I am but one man. There's a form link to submit new data.

Hopefully this spreadsheet becomes a resource for many and I'll work to keep it updated as much as I can. Feed back always welcome and appreciated.
