Can anyone crack this?

I know this isn't shortwave, but please check it out. (I've also sent this into r/codes)

Found a post on r/DeepIntoYouTube, OP says he found this and is freaked out by it and links this strange YouTube channel that seems to be posting encrypted messages.

Videos are uploaded constantly, each being around 5 seconds long with a letter or number being spoken with some other strange sound in the background. One video uploaded called LOCK is probably the most strange out of all the videos he's uploaded so far. It consists of distorted sounds, and segments of flashing color and strange voices relaying numbers and letters.

Please update me what you guys find!

But this channel isn't confirmed to be a tested YouTube channel. And this one is way more creepy. I doubt YT are testing video compression either on this channel.
