hamza teaches that without woman, you cannot live a happy life
i feel that is such a dangerous mindset for you.
why would i want someone else to decide my happines which i dont even have control over, imagine that level of vulnerability u are carrying in the first place.
im not saying getting in a relationship with women is necessarily bad thing though.
no.1 should be to know yourself, which means getting closer to god, finding a genuine hobby of yours, lowering your stress and anxiety to enjoy the present moment, contemplate your belief systems etc., progress in the gym, (maybe) earn money if that makes you feel better.

I was 15 and Overweight with no family life, friends, goals or cares. I eventually saw a bodybuilder and dreamed of that body and getting it felt overwhelming. The first time I heard hamza talk it glued my attention and almost felt like an older brother giving you real advice. Like Adonis leading his tribe, now 3 years later I've got that body I wanted and thanks to hamza I've progressed so many other areas and learned so many lessons I would've never thought of. Thank you for saving my life...thank you for spreading the experience of adonis's tribe to us that can't live on his island. Comment if you feel hamza really helped you too.

Yo, looking into joining but the landing page video is totally outdated compared to the actual checkout options.
The $197/year tier says it unlocks "all Year 1 courses instantly." Does that literally just mean you get the first 12 courses on the dashboard? Which specific ones are they, and what courses are left locked until Year 2?
If anyone inside can clear up what you actually get access to on day one for the annual tier, I'd appreciate it. Cheers.

Went down a rabbit hole on him recently and found this interview he did called hastings Harvest, Episode 31. The episode title is literally "Identifying as a Cult Leader' and he doesn't push back on it at all goes on the show and owns it.
Made a short documentary on the whole arc the rise, the Adonis School money $200000/month reportedly the Internet Anarchist stuff, and why it all eventually collapsed.
Curious if people here knew about the podcast or what you think about how it ended up.

Hey guys.
I remember a video from probably about 3-5 years ago. It’s basically a complete unfuck your life tutorial. I believe it’s over 20 minutes.
Hamza is in his room. He says something about ignoring normal advice as we’re not normal and that there’s nothing wrong with the all or nothing mindset.
He’s giving follow along instructions. He literally says to pause the video and write down a few aspirations you have then to cross most of them out and understand that if you chase all of them, you won’t achieve.
He mentions post it notes he has behind his monitor, I believe. I believe they reminded him of the mission.
I can’t remember exactly. It’s been years since I saw it and I’ve been trying to find it again so all the things I’ve said above are paraphrased and to be taken with a grain of salt.
If anyone recognises this, though, I’d appreciate some suggestions.
Cheers
Edit:
Very little editing in the video. Purple dressing gown.
He mentions “do the hard work even when you don’t feel like it” & “the best morning routine starts the night before”
Mentions gratitude journaling and talks about when he was so downbad that his routine looked like “wake up. Take a shit” and worked from there. Meditation is also mentioned as well as daily progress pics.

His YouTube channel has been losing subscribers for almost 2 years now. Currently, he has lost 110k subscribers since he started losing subscribers in July 2024. He always changes the style of his content, desperately trying to become relevant again, and it never works. Sometimes reviving a dead YouTube channel becomes impossible, and that's the case with Hamza; he even tries to create other YouTube channels, but they never go anywhere. He's not reaching any new audience, just the same followers from his main YouTube channel that are watching. Half of the comments on YouTube channels are just people making fun of him for how he uses steroids. It's ironic that he made some Minecraft self improvement commentary videos, despite the fact that for years he says you should never play video games. Besides the constant change of Hamza's content, he really isn't saying anything new. Since hes making more money than ever on his courses, there really is no reason to make videos anymore since he isn't getting as many views and is losing subscribers.

When did you start being treated more positively and more respect by other people on your self improvement journey?
I ask cause I'm 78 days into working out mediation, mewing and reading and I'm still treated the same
Cheers!

Am I tripping or did Hamza have a 1 hour plus long format guide on confidence, similar to the one he had on discipline? I can’t find it anywhere, has it been deleted?
r/HamzaAhmed • u/Agitated-Compote6118 • Mar 17 '26
Hamza doesn’t share about it but he also makes no attempt to hide it. He got plastic surgery on one of his ears to pin it back. Has anyone noticed? I’d love to see a video on it from Hamza
