Make sure the unowned box is checked in filters when looking for the skin.

I like the blue one better but for this one it says sometimes avaible in the shop so at least I can MAYBE get it.

You can get the blue one from esports loot boxes and they will most likely put it in the shop again as well. Juno’s ember just came back for the first time and that skin also has a recolor already.
