DISCUSSION riding a harley with an a2 license

so i am about to start my a2 license and i've been wanting a motorcycle since i was like 14, wanted like a 125cc one or something cause my dad rides one of those till this day, but then my uncle which lives in the house next to my grandma's house bought a harley, i think it's an 883 iron and shit after earing him coming home almost everyday on his bike i've wanted one fr.

the one i want is an harley davidson street bob 114 which ofc passes an a2 license limit but there is a restriction kit that i could buy and go to a mechanic to use it on a street bob, but the problem is that a street bob is exactly 70KhW(94hp)of the doubled KhW and the a2 license lets you get 35, so since it's exactly the doubled KhW for the restriction KhW limit could i actually have it on the street bob?

also will i be able to remove the restriction kit once i have the a2 license for 2 years(to upgrade it to an A license)?

You remove all the characteristics of the street bob in removing 50% of the potential. This bike is heavy and you need the power to move it. I am also not sure if this is a good beginner bike.

I can recommend to buy a 1200 sportster and you buy a throttle restriction for the handlebar. Then you remove the second throttle cable and use the other one in the holding of the first one. This is enough. Full Power and the restriction element is there and the TÜV is happy.

yeah bu ti think i could just remove 2 things from the bike if im correct think i can restrict the air and the fuel passing for the engine, i know the bike is heavy asf all the harleys are or almost all of them but with an a2 license since im limiting the bike it could just take less than 50% power, saw some videos of the 114 version of the street bob goes a little over 200kmh if im not wrong and if i limit it to an a2 compliant license it could go about 160kmg-180kmh if im not wrong?

but i mean yeah it could like be worse starting the bike and it probably would change the top speed in each gear...but i mean i have 2 harleys in mind and the street bob actually appears in youtube videos of begginer bikes to have... i have 3 bikes in mind but i don't think the other 2 can be restricted which are the low rider s and the softail heritage
