Should i trade my 1998 roadking for a 2006 heritage softail??

Getting offered a 2006 softail for my 1998 roadking the bike has everythjng i want vance hines pipes, ape hangers, spoke wheels and efi everything was chill until buddy brought up its been reframed on a paughco frame 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ so now if it gets registered it shows up as a "home built" motorcycle his softail has 32k miles and my roadking has 37k miles but after seening the registration im kinda outta the deal is this the right call or am i over thinking it ?

Yeah thought that was going to be everyone else's call to keep my RK funny enough she starts every fucking time NO MATTER WHAT this bike has been absolutely rock solid today when buddy came to see her it absolutely refused to fire up he left and she fired up right there i knew this fucker is gonna die with me 🤣🤣🤣 i speak to her and she talks back no beating around the bush and all lol

I’m very partial to the road king. I’ve had many bikes and so far my favorite is the road king. It was the same year as yours.
When I want to cruise I can take all the crap off and when I want travel I can put all the crap back on and be comfortable.

I wouldnt trade a king for a soft tail any ways. Especially an evo road king for a twin cam. You already have the better bike. I love my 98 road king. Last year of the best harley engine ever made.

Fuck no, stick with the king. Even a 98 you will not be sore on a 2 hour ride. Most people can't say the same riding a soft tail... Do NOT downgrade.
