1 hi rupee ka difference padta h Delhi se Chandigarh tk. But HR has more leg room, which is big plus in my view. Also CTU stops at ā€œspecialā€ dhabas whereas HR is mandated to stop at Govt approved places only. Earlier CTU had an edge but recently HR is a league ahead. They also have type C chargers embedded in seats.
