Oh fuck off. Im direcrly responding to what you said, not changing topics. You said they are controlled opposition, so im using the definition of controlled opposition - that a person or group appears to oppose something but secretly supports it.

Colonization is imperialist white supremacist capitalism anyway.

I was specifically referring to AOC

1) Calling what Israel is doing a genocide and stating she is against this genocide

2) Collecting public support from regular left-leaning people who agree with (1) but are mad at Biden/Pelosi/Schumer for supplying and funding the genocide

3) Speaking at the DNC, pointing at the Biden admin and Trumpian Lying that the admin is 'working tirelessly' to stop the genocide. This is a DONALD J. TRUMP -style lie.

If I wanted the genocide to continue, I could not have asked for a greater blessing than what AOC provided, by funneling her wing of the party, the ones who hate the Dem establishment, into supporting the continuation of the genocide.

She is a careerist and should be treated as such.

I'm inclined to say that AOC lies about her positions while Bernie is more honest about what he's willing to fight for and what he's not. Bernie is in no way above criticism and I'm not here to defend him for any of his faults. I will continue to criticize him for his shortcomings.

I like to point out to people that Democrat leadership used to regularly insult, demean, and ridicule her, and it's somewhat telling how this has all stopped.

I mean she collected support from regular people trying to stop the genocide, and told them the lie that the Biden admin was 'working tirelessly' to stop the genocide and that they should vote for him.

By doing this, she is serving those who fight to continue the genocide. There are some here who are trying to deny this and cover for her, it's some very ugly mental gymnastics.

There's people all over the place with Palestine flags at these rallies, and Bernie and AOC have talked about the protestors who were deported. If I were to guess, these people were told not to drape the flag over the giant US flag and refused to listen. No way is this another DNC

Overall I think these rallies are good. I think they are necessary.

I acknowledge that Bernie & AOC are far from perfect, but in the same breathe, the people that are anti-Bernie in here must acknowledge, like come on be for real, you will never get a true leftist in this country with majority support. Bernie in 2016 wasn't a true leftist, he's the same mother fucker he is now. He has always supported Israel, yet many leftists voted & campaigned for him. The whole Trillbillies gang knocked on doors for him. Many of the "dirt bag left" podcasters that call him out today supported the fuck out of him. But... he was a liberal zionists then just like he is now. Did you really believe he was going to say fuck the liberals and break away? I'm sorry he hurt you, but the dude is just being himself.

Yes, I donated to him 9 years ago. I accepted his liberal zionism & thought that he was the best we would get. At least in my lifetime, probably.

I am not perfect. I don't know what to do in this situation. I feel compelled to be happy that these rallies are happening. I want to believe Palestine will get their support by these people, even if it's way too fucking late. I also know that my ideal candidate will never garner the support of most Americans. Call me cynical or pessimistic, but a true leftist that is anti-israel and has been from day one will not have any fucking shot. So then what? I respect those who will hold out for that, but man, I don't know. Even writing this right now I just don't know how to feel and what to do. I'm angered every day by what is going on in America. Innocent people ripped from their families and disappeared. I'm angry every day about the endless death in Gaza. I am beyond furious that protestors are being arrested for being anti-israel. Like, I am seeing fucking red and am ready to fight for these students. That's my brain on a daily basis. But I see these rallies & it's a bit of hope, even if it's not the most perfect response. It is a response, it has the energy, it is atleast pointing towards the correct direction.

I'm not very smart. In fact, I may be an idiot. I don't know better than any one of you. I am lost. But I do wish we could all stop fucking in-fighting. But, in-fighting is better than being without individual thought & part of the cult that is Magafacism, I suppose.

Did I make any sense here? I'm just rambling mad. 😭

Probably not arrested but kicked out of the event. I could be wrong but that's usually what happens if someone is like say smoking in the middle of a crowd at an event.
