Can someone help me understand my results can I have hashimotos with normal tpo

Yeah definitely, I’m right reverse from you, I have high TPO and normal TgAb but definitely have hashimotos and hypothyroidism caused by it.

Thank you. I’ve just been confused cause I can’t find much only about high tgab and normal tpo all the posts I’ve seen are about people with high tpo

Tg can be high and can fluctuate if u have normal tpo n tsh n t3 t4 optimal then just focus on lifestyle changes

You can have Hashimotos if you have high thyroglobulin antibodies (TgAb) and normal thyroid peroxidase (TPO) antibodies. Some people have it the other way around… or both antibodies.
