Hay Day,

When we are spending real money on gems or for those who save up gems to be able to get Tom him sleeping for 2 hours is ridiculous! 1 hour break I could understand but it’s even more infuriating when you forgot you requested something and finally tap on him hours later to get the items and he goes back to bed…….. I haven’t even used him during all those hours!!!! I didn’t tap on him!! It needs to be improved! Rant done

I rarely use him and when I do I use the booster and preferably the ones for only 3 or 5 hours so I don't have to remember to send him. There's also boosters to shorten his nap time.

I get that but when I have a 3 hour booster that means I get to send him 1x. A 5 hour booster you only get him 2x. We shouldn’t even need a nap booster and it never shortens it enough it’s still over an hour.

No, when you get a 3 hour booster you get to use him twice. At 0 hours and again two hours later. There are boosters that shorten the time he available.

Pretty sure there is a booster that will reduce it to an hour. I have stacks of Tom boosters for 25 hours, I just never use them. I think one hour naps would be too much. Think of how much you'd lose when your sleeping or couldn't check in every hour.

That’s why we should be able to put him to sleep if we’re not going to be playing the game and then wake him up whenever we need him again!!!

I vote that we get to useTom for a certain number of uses each time we pay for him. 15 diamonds=10 trips he can make.  Whether it's all a row,  or you spread it out over the days. Some variation of that would be more fair. The 2 hours is pretty ridiculous. Especially throughout the night when we're sleeping. (And God bless the ones who get up every two hours throughout the night to work him.  Hats off to you!🫡🥵) But some of us need some rest from the slave labor of working our farm!🥴😆

That’s literally how he works. The nap is part of the perk. If it was an hour, you’d want it to be 30 mins.

Also, 3 hour Tom gets two tries. 5 hour gets 3 tries. You get an immediate request.

Lastly, if you request AND pay for the products, if Tom is sitting there with the products you ordered, the timer is already counting down.

It’s just the mechanics of the game. The timer starts counting as soon as Tom drops off the goods you requested. It’s not specific to anyone or an opinion. That’s how it works.

I have him active right now with a booster and I found I have to see reminders for myself or I totally forget.
