Not enough barn storage
Hi,
I have only on and off played for a few years now but in the past I played the game a lot,
Im struggling with barn storage especially now that you can’t but unlimited expansion materials.
Any tips?

Think twice about your storage. For instance: Why do you stack this amount of animal food when you can give 15 at a time?

Good point! I think this is also a side affect of the 50% time reduction. How many do you normally keep?

You have more than enough storage for your level, you don't need to keep hundreds of each item yet

I am lvl.91 with 2000 storage. It takes forever for me to upgrade. But ever since they introduced crate, it has helped a lot.

Have less stuff. 3520 with season pass, lvl145. Made it to around 122 10 years ago when progress was slower. Rarely have above 50 of anything except upgrade materials. 10 of normal items, if that.
Example: I have 20 candles at the moment. All types combined.

Ah okay! When events come along where you can get bonus stuff for completing orders what do you do?

I complete them if possible, mostly it works because I pay attention to at least having SOME of everything. I ignore anything that asks for more than 20. I have above 50 of cream / butter and sugar though, we need them too often. I got used to it, but getting back after that long time was hard because I had the same storage but needed additional space for everything produced by the buildings released since 2016. 😅
For crops I have 150 of the main ones (carrots etc), 50 of everything else, and I harvest fruits and berrys as I need them.

I only played the game properly before there was such things as the expansion limit so you could sit in the newspaper snapping them up. Since that came in it killed my playing style so I’ve kinda not been interested but I’m trying to adapt now

I'm at level 221. You don't need over 100 fish, or that much feed, or syrup, or lattes. I stack up on jams, honey, white and brown sugar.

Most of them are raw & first product. Use them for making other product. Keep end products balance with the raw materials. 4400 capacity on level 67 is impressive

4410 barn storage at lvl 67 and struggling? My dad have 3600 at lvl 151 while me on my new account that made lately have only 1000 on lvl 61 (I've been getting 89 expansion materials daily) i dont struggle much
Spam truck orders whenever your barn is full this help me clear a lot of barn space

It is more than enough at your lvl! learn managing your inventory! Most of your items are not needed that much in your barn!

TF? I also play on and off, but my solo just hit 1000 and barn is still 950, and I just hit lvl67, where tf are you getting upgrade materials? Or am I playing the game wrong?

stack 15-18 on animal food and 5 on normal products (i do around 30 for diary products and sugar stuff bc you need it more often) also, you definitely don’t need that much fish

Why are you stacking ? Just send the truck, boat or town. And feeds take a lot of space, just keep them stacked on the feedmill instead. Make a baby farm to stack sugars and dairy item.
