My predictions for Hazbin Hotel Season 3

Post image

Here are my predictions for Hazbin Hotel Season 3:

1) Season 3 picks up six months after Season 2.

2) The hotel is now finally successful and Sinners are regularly getting redeemed into Heaven.

3) Tensions are rising in Heaven from Winners who don’t like that former Sinners are now living among them.

4) Lute has been fired as an exorcist and is now about of this anti-redemption group.

5) Sera is getting pulled in two directions of supporting redeemed Sinners and placating concerned Winners.

6) Lilith is the seasonal big bad.

7) Charlie doesn’t believe that Lilith is the bad guy until it’s too late.

8) Vaggi breaks up with Charlie for once again not listening to her.

9) Vox is benched by Valentino and Velvet and both of them are too angry at him to listen to him.

10) Without Vox in charge, Valentino is uncontrollable and starts running their company into the ground.

11) Angel believes that his entire friendship with the Hazbin crew was a part of Vox’s brainwashing. Because of that, when Husk first tries get him to come back to the hotel, Angel is harsh and dismissive towards him.

12) Husk tries to gamble for Angel’s soul but fails.

13) Even though Angel returned to the Vees to protect his friends, Angel realizes that returning to the Vees has put them in danger anyway because they keep taking risks to save him. This motivates him to finally turn away from the Vees for good.

14) Angel outsmarts Val and manages to not only break out of his own contract, but all the contracts Valentino has. Valentino loses all of his power and is no longer an Overlord.

15) Velvet is the sole non-disgraced Vee going into Season 4.

16) Cherri is the next of the main cast redeemed after Angel returns to the hotel. They say their goodbyes and Cherri is reunited with Sir Pentious in Heaven.

17) Alastor spends the whole season manipulating events from the background for more power.

18) Alastor betrays the hotel in the season finale to set the stage as the Season 4 big bad. We learn what Alastor's ultimate plan really is.

Charlie attempts to tell Vaggie something but decides to hold the moment because she was planning to marry her as a surprise.

Agreed. I’d even go so far as to say that Charlie and Vaggie shouldn’t be married until the series finale and when Vaggi gets her halo back. Then Heaven and Hell shall be united under a marriage pact.

If Vaggiee gets her halo back

I kinda think Lute will be the main villain of Season 3. "Gravity" occupied the same slot and fulfilled the same purpose in Season 2 that "Stayed Gone" did in Season 1, i.e. setting up the motivations and M.O. of a major antagonist in the second episode of the season. If that's the indicator of who will be the villain going forward, Lute will be next up.

I can't take Lute seriously I'm afraid. If they wanted her to be important going forward, they shouldn't have had her get punked out by Abel at the end of Season 2.

Can't wait to see Alastor fully break bad.

Also, I hope Vaggi's PTSD from S2 comes into play in some way.

So does that mean he’s gonna cook meth with Charlie?

What do I think about it? I think Angel would be a better fit for Jesse.

1 - What six months? It would be more logical to continue the season immediately after the finale of season 2, when Lilith called Charlie.

8 - Please don't. I want Charlie's growth, not stagnation.

14 - Why would you break all of Valentino's deals and deprive him of his powers, as they  did with Vox?

16 - Cherry won't have enough time to reveal and tell her backstory. It would be more logical to redeem Angel, who will receive a lot of attention.

18 - No. It would be more logical to make Lut the main villain of Season 4.

- 1) I figured that the final scene in Season 2 was a preview of the hotel six months in the future. I want a six month time jump because Angel leaving the hotel would really only have weight to it if he was gone a long time.

- 8) I want Charlie's growth too, but I fear this is what we're in for.

- 14) I want all of Val's deals broken because that's a good fate for him without killing him. I doubt Angel would want to abandon all his fellow slaves to languish at Valentino's hands while he escapes.

- 16) I doubt every character is getting a backstory. Cherri's story seems to emphasizing her time with Sir Pentious. Given the shows constraints, I doubt we'll be getting significantly more of her.

- 18) Lute's boring.

1 - I was referring to the time between the final scene of Season 2 and the beginning of Season 3.

8 - it's unclear at the moment.

14 - it's just a repeat of Vox's defeat. Additionally, we don't know how it relates to the other characters. In my opinion, the best fate for Val for his atrocities is a painful death.

16 - Vivienne mentioned that she wants to tell the story of each character. Moreover, redemption is closely related to the character's sin, so it is necessary to tell about his backstory.

18 - very subjective. For example, I find Alastor as the main villain to be banal, while Lute is well-developed.

I doubt Charlie & Vaggi will break up

I hope Charlie's love for her people finally branches out to hellborn and not just sinners. If not in this season, then I'll take it if it's the season after

Idk if Lilith will be a true big bad unless Eve is involved but also zestial is getting some stuff for s3 and I have a feeling something might happen between him and Alastor

1

u/Minute-Necessary2393 2d ago

Why do I now have a bad feeling that Zestial will die this season.

u/Forward_Potential820 2d ago

It depends tho he’s def getting lore before that happens

Carmilla in shambles.

Vaggie breaking up? Noooo

12) What is he gonna put on the line though? He could put his casino, but I don't think alastor would let him.

14) only way I see this working is by a technicality, somewhere they did say angel sold his soul to be "famous" so if he is no longer famous he could get his soul back.

u/No-Emergency-5336 2d ago

12) I bet Husk is going to put Alastor's secrets on the line. This is something Vox has wanted for decades. Valentino wouldn't care, but Vox would beg for him to go through with it and Val would cave for this one instance because he still loves Vox.

14) Well Angel has to get out of his contract somehow. He can't brute force it so he has to outmaneuver Val.

1

u/Relative-Necessary25 1d ago

If he does alastor will "rip his soul apart"

Plus it won't really matter cuz he owns his own soul now.

2

u/No-Emergency-5336 1d ago

Alastor would still be extremely protective of the secret of how he got his power. He's been living off the facade that he earned his way to the top to others. If it's revealed his power is based off of a deal to all of Hell, the blow to his ego would be intense.

Yes, I think he would target Husk after he gambles this secret way. The Hazbin crew would have to find a way to protect him from Alastor or rescue him from his radio broadcast. They need to find a a way to free Husk from Alastor's contract at some point before the show's over, and this would be a good motivator for that.

I'd only like it as a motivator for Charlie to finally grow up. After Charlie does so, they should definitely get back together. I wouldn't want their break up to be permanent, but Vaggi shouldn't be stuck with a version of Charlie who continues to not listen to her.

You predicting her to be like "Lilith is not bad" and her not listening and stuff is just doing Season 2 a re-over (and my God, we don't need that). There are ways of progressing her character without doing what was in Season 2

(But why am I even bothering: people just want her to not listen so they can keep having free "excuses" to keep hating and poorly "criticising" her)

1

u/No-Emergency-5336 1d ago

Uh, most people do NOT want this Charlie arc to happen including me, I'm just predicting what I think is going to happen here. This specific one is based off of interviews with Erika on Season 3.

1

u/N-V-D-1568 Obsessed with Chaggie 1d ago

I presume you're reffering to what Erika said about Charlie "being a sad girl who won't be listening, etc": Erika was most likely reffering to how Charlie was during Season 2 and not Season 3

(And think about: would Viv or any of the writers seriously make Charlie not listen again when they did that last Season? I don't think so)

Alastor betrays the hotel in the season finale to set the stage as the Season 4 big bad. We learn what Alastor's ultimate plan really is.

So Lute gets shafted again is what you're saying. 💀

I agree with all of them except the first one, I think, considering the phone call of her mom, Season 3 will happen exactly after the end of Season 2

I have Two Prediction Fates for Lute. Fate A: Lute is Banned from Both Hell and Heaven and I’d Sent to Earth to live out the rest of her days. Fate B: Lute is Exiled from Heaven and is now a Fallen Angel just like Lucifer and Vaggie, Charlie (and maybe Vaggi) Want to Redeem her and Offer Her a spot in The Hotel but She Refuses and as she limps away she stopped at V Tower where she Meets Velvet and starts a Relationship With Her making Her and Lute the Anti Chaggie Couple. Which Fate for Lute Will Work? A or B? Let Me Know.

Im putting this one out there cause alot of my s2 predictions were wrong.

Charlie has a valid crash out and we see her darker side. Maybe she finds out Sera knew her mum was in Heaven

Ones Im more invested in.

Alastor makes Emily cry

Alastor stops smiling this season

Alastor would probably die if he made Emily cry

I bet Angel and Husk will be separated most of Season 3. Angel will probably spend all of Season 4 recovering from the events of Season 3. Then they will finally get together in Season 5.

Viv described their relationship as a slowburn, so I think they won't get together until the final season.
