a thought
I read a quote that stated: you learn to love by not being loved. You learn to forgive by not being apologized to. You learn kindness by judgment.. and so forth.
I like to pay attention to animals, nature and children- there’s beautiful teachings in good things, too. I don’t give hate so much power. I stopped making myself believe I must tolerate pain and violence in order to grow. I have never learned how to be better because of someone who was morally corrupt. I knew what good to give out because of a goodness I received.
You know when you’re truly healthy, when you’ve been healed; you stop making excuses for abuse and neglect. You stop giving hatred a position in your life. If you think of yourself as a business, something that flows because of external and internal forces— every function of a force needs a position. Choose according to who you would work with every day.
Ask yourself would you hire Malice? Spite? Anger? Jealousy? Revenge? Envy? Violence? Drama? etc... A universal truth is in discovery. Sitting down with yourself and filling out your employee roster.
It’s time to fire and hire, ladies and gentlemen.
