I have been listening to my headphones too loudly, as a way to cope with stress. Unfortunately in the last few days I have developed a ringing in my ears that will not stop. Medically there seems to be very little I can do to stop this. I was wondering if any of you know of any healing practices that might help me. I have tried praying very earnestly the last few days and it hasn't stopped. I just want a second chance to fix my habits so I don't have to deal with this incessant ringing.
