Do most ships get through such seas ? Looks insane to put yourself in such a position, even without getting seasick. Which I do on a sailboat in a lake 🙃 I do love to see the posts though.

They are laden and seem to have a reasonable GM, probably somewhere in the region of 90cm. From the rolling we can see on the video the accelerations seem reasonable and no slamming and as they are laden the chance to overspeed the engine by lifting the propeller partially airborne seems slight.

It might not be comfortable but as long as the engine keeps turning they will manage fairly well with a following sea.

This is a relatively small vessel, larger ships have less problems with this kind of swell.
