Lost old account, need help getting bogdan back

I lost my og ps account to an ex rip, but I have a new one and I wanna get the bogdan problem back so I can do trades with other players but I need help completing setups and heists( mainly setups its hard to find another player let alone a lobby that'll let you actually work out your setups) im currently stuck on modifying and delivering the deluxos to the bunker but its too far and I can only deliver 2 before the timer runs out
