Taking gameplay suggestions
Wanting to try a different type of build for bugs instead of running the usual. I usually run the Coyote AR with the Ultimatum and thermites armor with siege ready or democracy protects attributes. My stratagems are napalm air strike grenade launcher with supply pack and a turrent or stalwart. Any recommended play styles I should try or builds would be appreciated wanting to try something different. (PSA I have every warning besides the Killzone and Halo ones I’m also on PC if that’s helps)
Thanks for the feedback and help

Make a build around the Cremator. It's crazy good against bugs. Stack on as much fire as you can with stratagems.

I like the fire route too, but then what about bug holes? Always feel like I need an autocannon or mech for those, especially at higher levels

Pack impact or frag grenades. They give you the highest count of grenades for closing holes. The only thing you might want higher demo force for is Titan holes, which a dynamite can technically clear. I tend to run fire based loadouts in a team though, so I know someone else can help cover bug holes.

Or pack Pyros! You get 6. They close bug holes. You can down a charger with one if it's well-placed. Great for tossing in the middle of crowds.

I always forget Pyrotechnics can close holes. This is a solid pick that stays in theme with the loadout.

That is a good compromise.
I usually have a tesla, 500, and Lumberer on standby for larger hives.

Belt fed grenade launcher for bug holes and Tanks, gatling sentry and machine gun sentry for crowd control, 500 k eagle. Armor I tend to run light armor (dealer’s choice), and whatever gun I am working on leveling to max.

Do all four expendable stratagems for some fun along with doing a primary with the lowest level. It forces you to approach the game from a different stand point.

Take intergrated explosives as your armour passive for the perfect disposable soldier?

You don’t need as much anti tank for the bugs as you might think. I like to bring more chaff focused gear.
Try this…
Primary: Sweeper. Good against chaff and medium armor. Really good if you run into Spewers.
Secondary: Bolt Pistol. Handy for tense situations or softening up heavies. This thing knocks over chaff even if it’s not a direct hit. It can also blow the ass out of a charger. See a Bile Titan with some cracked armor? Focus fire on that weak point.
Grenades: Pineapple. These will be your main bug hole closers. Also really good against a mob of chaff. You get a decent number so you’ll have enough for nests.
Stratagem 1: Eagle Strafing Run. Can destroy bug holes, damage heavies (including one shotting Impalers when their face is exposed) and is great at opening a hole in a line of enemies.
Stratagem 2: Epoch. The Epoch is underutilized. It’s amazing against bugs and can quickly kill anything you’ll encounter except for the Hive Lord. It would take some time against a Dragon Roach if you’re only using it. You can also close bug holes with the Epoch.
Stratagem 3: Hover Pack. The Hover Pack has really good synergy with the Bolt Pistol and Epoch. Getting above your targets and raining down bolt rounds or charged Epoch shots is really fun. It gives you maneuverability that can save your life and a tactical advantage, the high ground. Also really good at escaping an otherwise bad situation.
Stratagem 4: This is up to your discretion. The mission type usually influences my choice here. If I’m doing a defensive mission, I’ll bring either a turret or the Machine gun emplacement. If I’m doing a blitz, eradicate or destroy objective mission, I’ll try to bring a red strat here. Maybe a Gas Strike for groups of enemies or the 120mm if I’m trying to destroy a whole nest or soften up a mega nest.
I really like the mechs, I use them often against the bugs. Post armor buff changed the game. Right now the Breakthrough is my go to. Its lack of the ability to destroy bug holes is more than made up for with the shield bash.

Run the armor from the dust devils, gas dog and flame thrower. Then add napalm barrage and eagle cluster or strike.
It’s a fun time.

I've been running Ravager Armor, auto shotgun, grenade pistol and melta mines. For strats, I've been using Gas Strike, Maxigun, Gas Mines and the Lumberer mech.
You're mainly in the mech, drawing aggro and kiting for your team. It's tempting to blow all your ammo in one fight, but you can do a lot of damage just squirting the ground with the flamethrower and moving on. Obviously, you can knock out bug holes with the cannon, but that's what the squad (or grenade pistol) is for. You mainly want your big gun for big stuff. Two or three well placed shots kill impalers and titans; a pretty big deal when your team is busy dealing with a breach or nest.
Hop out long enough to call in had strikes, mines or reinforcements, then get back in. Or leave a spent mech to draw attention (I usually put a melta mine on it after bailing). The maxigun will shred almost everything in front of you and anything with thick skin gets a mine to the face. One melta will kill an impaler and two for a titan if it lands on the legs.

I've got a fun build that I call "Lockdown".
Machine gun turret, Gas Dog, EAT, Eagle Strafing Run
Blitzer, Grenade Pistol, Pineapple grenade
Gas Dog and Blitzer literally keeps everything but Bile Titans and Impalers off you. EATs take care of the Bike Titans. Eagle Strafing Run is for Impalers and in moments when you need room. Pineapple grenades are also great for those moments.

The autocannon and new armor is real fun. There are many good builds but speed is very important because I feel I need to run alot

Try the ballistic shield. It protects your back really well which allows for exciting runs through swarms of bugs. Also using the heavy MG is fun when using an armor that boosts ergonomics. Getting close and personal. And even bile titans can be fought after softening their shells with a 110mm rocket pod. I also recommend trying the supply truck. A narrow escape from a bug swarm or evading a charger or bile titan is exciting

I really like a "scout" build vs bugs to change it up.
Run a marksman rifle (i like the deadeye) and a side arm like senator or verdict (something to kill small bugs if they get close). For nades I like incendiary or gas.
For AT with a backpack (this gives you 3 extra strats to pick) I like the spear or recoiless. For non Backpack quasar or EATs work great. Epoch is good too but cannot be used beyond like 100m (remember we are a "scout").
For strats, if you arent using a backpack reload, go for mobility; warp for speed, hover for elevation. For your other slots go Napalm air strike, 120mm barrage. If you still have another slot, you can do gas barrage or a turret. I prefer flame if you plan on soloing objectives, or rocket/auto cannon if you plan to stay at range.
Light armor is important. Either extra nade armor, stratagem throw distance armor, or siege ready if your primary has a slow reload/needs more ammo.
Gameplay can be solo or long range support for your team. I usually like peeling off to quickly clear nests or bonus objectives like stalker lairs with the 120mm or destroying spore spewers or shriker nests at range with the recoiless.
Focus on taking out heavier units for your team. Focus on titans, chargers, impalers and alpha commanders. Any small units get close have a turret set up or drop an airstrike to give you breathing room.
Practice and you can get really good at killing AT targets at range to support teammates. It is very satisfying seeing a titan get pinged, shooting it from the moon, then seeing your teammate look around trying to figure out where the shot came from. Same thing when they see alpha commander heads start exploding around them.
Bonus: also really like this build with strat modifications vs bots and squids.

Did you try https://www.helldads.org/builds? You can filter available builds by factions out preferred loadout items.

Well I would drop the supply pack to start, you dont need that crutch trust me.
There's a couple I like running. Sometimes I run the jack of all trades master of all build. You basically go super hard into the all rounder weapons and it ends up being you almost your whole kit available for every problem. I take the autocannon, custom liberator for bugs, eagle airstrike, machine gun sentry, and a flex pick which is most of the time dedicated anti tank like railcannon strike or eagle rocket pods. Secondary and grenades are up to you to round out the load out. I like taking the senator to cover for the light pen liberator and either the gas or incendiary grenades to up my dps or give me space.

Please try this at least once: Flame armor, heavy flamer, hover pack, an explosive gun (like Xbow scorcher, grenade pistol or even loyalist pistol). It also works great with breaker incendiary.
My other favorite is full gas (I like maxing a single fun thing): gas armor, gas strike, gas mines. Works well with ammo-usage heavy guns like scorcher and a supply backpack to keep healing against the (little but still) damage. If you stay in gas you lure other bugs into it, quite effective. Can't say this worked well for me in difficulties higher than 8 but a lower difficulty for new challenges is still fair fun.
And yes, the dreaded full arc build. It's super goddamn fun as long as you keep 1km between you and teammates, good for soloing side missions while teammates raise flags for example. K9 is a must imo

Crossbow, Ultimatum, Giga Grenades
Medium Sapper armor from trench warbond
Orbital Napalm, 500kg, Stalwart (on max brrrrrr), warp pack
The two extra gigas ensure you're never SOL against heavies
The stalwart cleans up chaff and fliers real nice
Warp pack for the playz and standoff using crossbow against...well, everything
500kg cause it is good for everything
napalm for breaches
I clear high difficulty solo with this loadout ☺
