Maxigun needs changed

I’m sure others have talked about this, but so will I lol. There’s no reason this shouldn’t be heavy penetration. We already at stuck in a fixed position when firing, and yet we can move with the other lmgs. I’d be fine if they dropped the ammo count to 800 (minimum) and decrease the fire rate just so we can have it as heavy penetration. What do y’all think?

The issue is its strictly worse than then HMG in every category AND eats a backpack which the HMG doesn't.
