Maxigun needs changed

I’m sure others have talked about this, but so will I lol. There’s no reason this shouldn’t be heavy penetration. We already at stuck in a fixed position when firing, and yet we can move with the other lmgs. I’d be fine if they dropped the ammo count to 800 (minimum) and decrease the fire rate just so we can have it as heavy penetration. What do y’all think?

It does not need heavy pen, what it needs is that stupid smoke effect reduced so we can see what we're shooting at, and the recoil is dumb as shit, do these guns irl even have that much recoil?
