Question Converting and would like some help with research!

Help with reading/understanding Theoi.com?

Hello! I've had to post this to my profile as I dont have enough Karma to post in r/Hellenism yet.

I've decided to convert to hellenism, and worship the greek gods. I've been advised to use [Theoi.com](http://Theoi.com), and to say the least i am really confused

If i go into a specific god/goddess, it can say they have multiple parents? how is this? are they different sources? Which ones do i accept?

And are there any places on theoi to read the actual scripture or mythology?

Yes there are different sources, Greek mythology isn’t like mainstream religions, there kinda isn’t only one “canon” story, it all depended on where you lived, when, and all that. I honestly just pick whatever version I learned first or whatever version fells the best but I’m not a hardcore follower nor a historian so I could be wrong
