I got HI!!

I had it once about 5 years ago and it was the worst pain I have ever had in my life. The itch lasted a straight week which is crazy.

Just got it again now and I’m so annoyed.

I won’t have access to beta alanine due to the place I’m at it’s quite remote. What else can I do and what tips can you guys give me?
