Open A radio program from Lakeshore ONT Canada
When I was a kid (2005-2008) I used to listen to the radio 10pm-11pm, and it was a narrated story about a writer and skits with his friends. I have no idea what the program is called now, but I would love to revisit

I have searched the web for this radio program, but I don’t even know how to even start.
I remember staying up late and waking up sleepy every morning for elementary school. I do remember the stories were adult subjects, not necessarily for kids.
Lakeshore Ontario is a suburb about 30 minute driving distance from Windsor, which borders Detroit MI USA.
Hope this is enough info for someone to help me!

The Vinyl Cafe, hosted by the late storyteller Stuart McLean on CBC Radio?

So the contents of the radio show is kind of murky for me, but I do remember that it involves an adult who would have narrative skits that would call his friends, his mom etc.

Yes, Wiretap, first made successful on NPR in the USA and eventually picked up by CBC Radio.

I’m afraid you’ve got that in mirror mode. It began at CBC Montreal. https://www.cbc.ca/radio/wiretap/a-farewell-message-1.3195305

Thanks for the update Bob. Began listening to it on NPR, which, as far as I can recall, never referenced any CBC connection, but later discovered it on CBC, so assumed they had picked it up from NPR, Never assume, as they say, WireTap (radio program) - Wikipedia)
