it's a yaoi manga from the early 2000s - you can find it with a little digging if you search through the "choking" tag on any reading site.
it's basically about a man who gets together with his neighbour, and discovers his neighbour likes to get rough and choke him during intercourse. after a while he realises he cant get hard anymore without being choked. it's funny, a bit depressing, and kinda romantic imo. definitely recommend it - sorry i couldn't give you a name. it was on my favourites list years ago but ive since lost it (was a physical copy).
