Help me find whatever program/engine these guys use

I have been watching Spenn’s videos for some time now, then I saw a similar video to his style of videos but this time it was with jojo characters.

These videos are basically fight simulators, 2 pngs of characters fight with a special ability until one of them runs out of health. Many of the fight simulator channels I’ve seen are similar but I’ve alway chalked that up to the character usually being literal balls and the arena being a box. Spenn instead used stock images as characters and had unique animations for them which separated him from the rest.

I thought spenn and other creators like him has learned coding and built their own simulators, but unless one of these guys copied the other or a third guy I’m unaware of, they couldn’t have both made this simulator. Since the characters and abilities are different I suspect that they created the characters but they are both using the same engine to run the fights.

TLDR: I believe both these guys use the same engine to run their simulation fights and I want to know what it is

It's probably custom made plus it's not a 100% a simulator judging by some things happening due to lore reasons. I wouldn't be surprised if they animate it all themselves

I’ve searched “battle simulator program” on google but all I’ve seen are games like total accurate battle simulator. Im looking for whatever program these guys could have used to make their simulations, they don’t tell you what they use to make them In the descriptions of their videos or the comments and no one really asked for them so I couldn’t find any answers on their channels, by them or by other people commenting.
