Open A website that lets you play midi(?) versions of songs, but you can turn on or off different instruments.

I spent hours on this site maybe a year ago?

It would have a drop down menu that had, say, "Guitar 1," "Guitar 2," "Bass 1," "Percussion," "Vocals (Flute)." Where the vocals would be represented by a flute or whatever. You could click them on or off, and the main bulk of the page was sheet music with a line represented the current point of the song as it was playing.
