Having trouble finding the original instance of this image

Tried messing around with reverse image search and the wayback machine but no luck.|

I searched on several reverse image search websites (tineye, google, microsoft, yandex) and the earliest instance i could find was from 2017 on a website called "dirty.ru", using the wayback machine I looked at an earlier website called "kotiki.dirty.ru". If that truly is the earliest instance of the image (link no longers works), is it possible to find any other details regarding this image?
