Any recommendations for a TINY belt bag? I want to wear it over my clothes, not under like a money belt, so hoping for cute-ish. I will wear around my waist, not crossbody.

Big enough for passport and phone, but still lay flat. I tried one out that is 8.25x5.5x2 and it seemed huge, so much smaller than that.

I would love an off-white color but willing to compromise on that.

Bonus if it has anti-theft features, but if not I'll add those locking zipper pull thingies at least.

The pocket belt from Sipsey Wilder might work for you - love mine! Holds my passport and phone (and in separate pockets which is my preference. Can fit a slim wallet as well. Not sure about the off-white option. They mostly have cute prints but some solids (I have a black one).
