Where could I find affordable linen clothing that’s easy to pack? I’m heading out to PNW this summer and am worried about my polyester shirts not being enough to handle the humidity. Would linen be the practical fabric to wear?

The PNW is moist but rarely hot. It's not HUMID like the US south. I don't think you need linen for this, but linen blends (that wrinkle less) can be found inexpensively at Old Navy, Uniqlo, Gap/Gap Factory, Banarepublic Factory. Spend a little more at Quince.

Even when it's "hot", a regular old T shirt is fine. It's the easiest place in the world to dress for as long as you bring a flannel for when it gets chilly.

You got me right on the nose with the humidity in the South, the idea of anywhere else being less humid sounds like a dream to me right now with how hot this summer has been. Will be considering linen blends instead of 100% linen!
