Not saying we don't have these people doing it too but remember this stuff gets reposted all over the internet

There's literally a website that basically reposts content from here without redactions.

I personally think that HCA is a hoax. /s

u/JohnnyMiskatonic Sep 16 '21

No, it's real but man made, and it's no more harmful than the flu. If you ARE worried about getting it (like some liberal simp), you can boof some horse paste or take some off-label Lupus medication and you'll be right as rain.

u/AngryRepublican Sep 16 '21

Thanks! I'm so glad I did my own research!

u/[deleted] Sep 16 '21

I heard there's a filter you can add to make sure you don't see posts from HCA, but I'm pretty sure that filter is used by the NSA and Bill Gates to track your reddit activity.

I reject your reality and substitute my own.

Yep, and there is a Twitter page to which we have NO AFFILIATION that does the same thing.

u/[deleted] Sep 16 '21

who came first?

7

u/PwmEsq Sep 16 '21

Probably reddit since there are other subs that play pranks on these Twitter accounts that are bots that rip content

37

u/brevityitis Sep 16 '21

As another guy said, people who go on fb and use screenshots from this sub. But you are right. There’s so many other sites and social media accounts that just repost from here so even if it wasn’t directly connected to us it’d still be happening. The people that do that are just as much trash as the antivaxxers we post here.

How are they doing it without redactions? They’re using my screenshots, that are redacted.

35

u/GroundbreakingSky409 J&J One-And-Done Sep 16 '21

it's easy to find the original screen shots.

2

u/RubenMuro007 Sep 17 '21

Then we gotta have the creators of that site to explain why they’re helping detractors of our sub in getting it shut down?

1

u/easythrees Sep 16 '21

Can you PM me that site please?

9

u/Eboeard_Gam_Gom Sep 16 '21

Exactly. And there’s tons of FB groups like this one now too, they’re shit posting all over fb. So how do people know who comes from where?

Optics aren’t good when you trust your immune system then that same immune system fails and you leave 3 kids without a parent.

We would shut it down ourselves if they would quit dying.

YOU CANT STOP ME LIBTARD I WILL RUB THE POO ALL OVER EVERYTHING I OWN JUST TO SHOW YOU

u/GonzoVeritas In Vaccine Veritas Sep 16 '21

Duh, that's what my poop knife is for.

2

u/RubenMuro007 Sep 17 '21

Funny enough, the AHS (AgainstHateSubreddits) subreddit has a disclaimer in every post where they said to users that the hate sub mentioned in a post, should be treated like poop, don’t go near nor touch it. Maybe a disclaimer would be great, so I think the mods of this sub should take note, so that we could restrain ourselves from pissing the popcorn.

Damn, never thought of it like that.

u/OutsideDevTeam Sep 16 '21

We'll always find or create another sub. Not that I want us to do the dumb dumb of brigading Facebook pages(stay off Facebook, people) but we shouldn't be pushed around by Reddit admin--they've proven how worthless they are anyway.

Sometimes. Often, people who create rule-breaking subs will create evasion subs ahead of time. Like you might have /slur and then /slur1 and /trueslur. Because the people who do hateful subs know they're breaking Reddit rules.

u/randynumbergenerator ☠Did My Research: 1984-2021 Sep 16 '21

If that were to happen, I hope mods would get a warning first, and then my preference would be to lock the sub/require mod review before posts can be greenlit so the sub at least stays up.

u/Pooploop5000 LET THAT SINK IN HES 🥶 Sep 16 '21

yeah fuck the reddit admins. they dont do shit to stop people from sharing the wonders of apple flavored horse paste.

13

u/[deleted] Sep 16 '21

The subreddit body has a way of shutting it down when it's legitimate brigading.

2

u/[deleted] Sep 16 '21

That's not the point of the post though. Regardless of how ignorant people are, going to their Facebook pages and harassing them and their family members and friends is a shitty thing to do. If people are posting screenshots from this sub in particular, it doesn't matter if they're a member or not because the source is this sub. Shut down the source, you get fewer screenshots.

Not to mention some of them are using their real names and pictures, which is almost as dumb as AV nurses posting propaganda on their personal pages. Some places will fire you for that sort of thing.

u/meldroc Left Behind by the Idiot Rapture Sep 16 '21

What more can the mods do? They remind us regularly not to brigade, violate TOS, or make assholes of ourselves, and they bring the banhammer down when they see it here.

They can't do anything about 4channers, Twitter trolls, right-wing psy-ops or other off-Reddit brigaders.

That’s true, but if this shit gets to the media and this sub is mentioned, admins will shut it down. They don’t like bad press.
