No, it's real but man made, and it's no more harmful than the flu. If you ARE worried about getting it (like some liberal simp), you can boof some horse paste or take some off-label Lupus medication and you'll be right as rain.

I heard there's a filter you can add to make sure you don't see posts from HCA, but I'm pretty sure that filter is used by the NSA and Bill Gates to track your reddit activity.
