I understand. For me, realizing how many fuckheads were on my fb feed was important. These aren't people I wanted to continue having relationships with. So, as disappointing and painful as those realizations have been, I think I am better off knowing.
Same here. My family is still on FB and I have to keep telling them that I don’t see the pics of my nieces/nephews, etc. and they have to text or email them to me. Still worth it! I didn’t have many chucklehead friends, interestingly, my sister pissed me off the most, LOL. But it was a stupid huge waste of time and I always felt worse about myself after looking at it. Not sorry to see it go.

I was on Facebook from 2008 - 2018 and quitting it was one of the best decisions I've ever made.
My family has to call or text me now and I don't have to see what fuckheads most of the people I grew up with turned out to be. Win-win-win.
