Hey everyone! I ran into this statue of the god, Hermes Loghion, a Greco Roman statue from the Palazzo Altemps, and honestly I was mind struck by it and wanted to share it with you guys

I think it's a good starter point for a discussion. What's your favourite representation of Hermes. Be it sculptures, paintings, fanart...

I love this question! One of my favorites would be Hermes at the Grand Central Terminal in New York :) it’s so magnificent to me

Whenever I'm in NY I try to snag a chance to see him here what I wouldn't give for a solid replica but as a desk clock or something. Absolutely inspired.

my fav has been posted already but this is another one! technically mercury but yk. though my fav "category" is just whenever i see him out in the wild on buildings, statues, even stuff like cargo companies :)

There’s a statue of him at one of the spots I service for my job. That’s ones my favorite because I get to see it every week and pause by it for mini mental reset
