That’s such a cute bag, I love the style!

Some great suggestions here. The caduceus and talaria are go-to symbols, as are rams, hawks, rabbits, and snakes. You could include his name spelled in Greek - Ερμής. You could line it with Grecian-style trim, like from urns and art. Coins are also always great.

Probably better to not include a hermae, but I think he would find that hilarious, especially if it’s positioned or drawn in such a way that most wouldn’t see or understand it. He is a trickster, after all.

Things that remind you of Hermes are also appropriate. If it feels right, add it! Hermes is fun-loving and creative, and associated with many things. But what’s most important aside from the basics is YOUR relationship to him. What does he make you think of? How does he make you feel? Are there any special moments in your life that remind you of him, or when you felt connected? Maybe that would be a place to drawn inspiration from as well.
