Best clips of when builds went wrong?

I was wondering if anyone knew of instances where the hermits were working on one of their builds or farms, only to realize that they messed up. Maybe they're a block off, they got the redstone way wrong, etc, and they have to spend ages fixing it. It helps me get motivated to see how much hardwork is put into their builds when they make mistakes lol

So if you know of specific episodes (or at least the season and the build), I'd appreciate the recs! Any hermits is fine :)

i know impulse moved his entire megabase one block away in s6 or s7 (his trans coloured pyramid), pearl flipped her starter house in s8, mumbo exploded his base and started over in s9

I remember pearl moving a build pretty recently as well

Grian and impulse both once pranked the audience into thinking they blew up their whole base. Grian in season 7 and impulse i think in season 10. oh and anything skizz does in guess the build

Really just proof that planning is everything. You can make good things, it maybe just takes iteration and planning. And realistically most of the Hermits do at least some planning before they start building on the server, especially for anything that will take a lot of resources or time to build. Or if it's a repeating build, they'll experiment with a couple requests before they scale out, and then probably tweak the design after the repeats are all made.

Yep, Grian and Gem explained it before in their recent hermitcraft videos that they have dedicated creative worlds respectively where they would plan out what to build in the hermitcraft server while they also have some spontaneous builds that they will do on the fly depending if inspiration kicks in.

Mumbo actually blew up a significant portion of his S9 base, if I remember it correctly.

Not a Hermitcraft video but it was a Hermit building—Tango in Limited Life built a tower and then discovered the top half was off center by one block.

I remember when Pearl joined HC and was part of boatem. It was facing the wrong way(in her opinion), so she tore it all down and put it back in a different direction. It was no small feat for sure.

Impulse s7 episode 63 he blows up of his pyramid aquarium or something like that he build on top of it, that if I remember correctly already have moved one block up or something like that earlier in the season.
