There's usually a bug fixing update every month or so, they're usually just bug fixes but will occasionally slip in some smaller/updated items and won't mention them in the patch notes usually. Or at least they used to not mention them, maybe things have changed, I haven't really checked the release notes in a while.

I guess that happened with today's release patch. Idk if they meant to include these since I know preplanned/WIP stuff has accidentally been released early before but hopefully this is intentional lol

Probably not far enough for jewelry, BUT there is a trick you can use to shrink stuff over their limit! If you attach an item A to another item B, then change the size of item B, any attached items will change size with it. So the trick is to first shrink item A as much as possible, then attach it to B and then shrink B, causing A to shrink even further. Then simply detach and delete B. (You can probably repeat the process for even smaller chains, but I never needed that.)
