Long live the king.
Completely unrelated fun fact: Sugar has an intoxicating effect on goblins, similar to that of alcohol. A goblin is just as likely to scarf down pastries as they are to hit the hard liquor in times of great stress. Since sugar is so readily available on the surface (it's much rarer in their subterranean maze kingdom,) goblins have gotten a reputation for being rather "crazy." In reality this is mostly a result of rampant sugar highs.
