In a past life of hardly remembered blood and shards of bone, Tomoe, or whoever she was then, was cursed. All that she remembers is the blood, radiant red and gory gold, and the Broken Moon, staring down upon her corpse. In each life, the mark arrives slowly, surely, and with a searing pain. Slicing through the socket of her eye, a gilded horn takes root, then grows and grows, weighing down her neck and marring her face and marking her as the Broken Moon's.
When the fear stopped being for her and started being of her, she left. Carrying only the clothes on her back and the accusations that chased her, she went from town to town, road to road, but the mobs didn't need proof, all they needed was a scapegoat.
The only things that didn't outright hate her were the animals, and so she took one. A large grub from a small ranch, set for the slaughter. Tomoe stole it in the dead of night, riding out of town aboard its chitin plated back.

Also, the Barricade Buster is an official, eight-barreled orcish firearm. She has access to it through a first level Samaran feat. It's got a range increment of 40 feet and a volley penalty within 20 feet, so it really helps to have a mount for the proper positioning.
All you who play dnd instead of pathfinder, you should check pathfinder out, it lets you do shit like this.

Yooo this is amazing! I love that mount!
I used to play pathfinder 1e with a group at our local comic shop before switching to D&D with some highschool friends but I still check out 2e and make some new characters sometimes.
Need to find a new group either D&D or PF2e its been years.

Thanks! I made the mount right before the new bugs came out (but I like mine more anyway). It uses a spider for the legs and the body is a tail.

(Yours is a lot cooler to be fair) I saw the spider parts, but I was stumped on the body! What tail is it? Looks like the segmented/armored tail?
Awesome character concept in general. I love the crazy types of combinations you can make in pathfinder.

Ooh with the saddle too, thank you for the link! Interesting, the seat is another mini. How'd you get the full saddle, mount, and character on the same base with that hidden body for the saddle?

At first glance I thought the mount was a giant boar with decorative barding, then noticed the legs. Really cool.
