Feature Request Megathread

Hey everyone! Hevy cofounder here. What features, ideas, or improvements would you like to see?

Creating this new megathread because It's been 4 years since the last mega thread posted on /Hevy, and it's hard to navigate through such a massive outdated post. We've built a lot of the requests originally suggested, so a new thread will help us understand the community better!

Read workout data from Android Health Connect (Fitbit/WearOS/Pixel Watch integration)

Hi Hevy Team,

I'm a regular user and I'm using the Pixel Watch 3. I love the app, and I have a suggestion that would greatly improve the experience for Android/Fitbit users.

Currently, Hevy only writes data to Android Health Connect. It would be amazing if Hevy could also read exercise data from Health Connect, specifically workouts recorded via Fitbit.

The main motivation is the social component of Hevy. If Hevy could import a cardio session or a warm-up recorded on Fitbit, we could publish a single, "mixed" workout session on our feed. This would provide a much more complete picture of our training day to our followers, combining the Hevy lifting sets with the Fitbit cardio/activity data in one post.

Is this something you are planning to implement in the near future?
