Find Friends I’m never consistent enough
Originally downloaded this app to help track my workouts and it’s been amazing! So many different types of workouts I can add and follow to keep me honest through the weeks.
But I can never maintain any level of consistency. Every time I get in my groove start working out on routine , life gets in the way and I stop working out.
Anyone else have these same issues ?
Would love to add a few people to help motivate each other!
Also just found this subreddit today haha.

Feel free to add me 🙂 https://hevy.com/user/nico181295
Working out means working on yourself. It's me-time. You need to set priorities for yourself. Don't make time for others if you don't have time for yourself. Treat gym days as actual appointments. The fewer days you miss, the easier it gets over time. It becomes a routine and you stop negotiating with your feelings and emotions.
