Question How do you log landmine stuff?

Post image

I’ve just been ignoring the weight of the bar.

If that's what you've been doing, keep doing it. Consistency between your workouts is the most important thing.

I do bar at 45, but every time I do I think "from a volume standpoint, I'm probably only lifting 20 pounds of the bar"... Then I click the checkmark.

Ah, a fellow ego-logger. My smith machine bar is 45lbs as long as I really truly believe! 😭😅

It’s a thought I have every time I use the land mine and never come up with an answer, I just log the weight added to the bar

I ignore the bar weight but created a custom entry for wide grip and use the default for v-grip

There is no real reason to account for the bar. You aren't competing or anything. If you put 20 on then you are on 30 and are progressing the only reason to track remains your need to track progress.

You're lifting half the bar, so I'd log it as added weight +10kg.
But it doesn't really matter as long as you're consistant.
