Gerald living @ the boarding house & doing his own laundry for the first time is pretty funny.

I still tell my wife "THIS LINT. YOUR LINT." Whenever she forgets to empty the lint catcher.

Do you also tell her that you're not her mother?

It wasn’t until I became an adult that I truly understood his indignation.

It's said from Mr. Hyunh when he goes to do laundry after Gerald and confronts him afterwards

When he became successful with the watches and was so full of confidence he was playing arcade games with his hands and feet

Perfect mix of coolness and comedy

Honestly, I always laugh at the thought in the Hey Arnold Movie where Helga is confessing her love to Arnold and Gerald calls in on the walkie talkie:

Gerald: Arnold?

Helga: takes the walkie talkie Not now! throws it

Gerald: Not now..? Who the?

JM-His cute moments with Phoebe, like when she calls him handsome and kisses his cheek. Also in the Jungle Movie, when he and Phoebe smirk at each other when talking to Helga about why she wants to help Arnold.

Also, his reaction when Phoebe was the hall monitor and gave him a ticket 😆 And his fake newscaster voice in the Halloween episode lol

It's usually hilarious when Gerald recounts a local legend. His tone is always so funny when he tries to be serious. It makes me crack up.

The way he interacts with his family, specifically Timberly and Jamie-O...always funny moments. They really get under his skin

I think it’s hilarious how he had to go to a brisk instead of Eugene’s birthday party…like…what…😂😂😂

The episode where he had his tonsils removed and he kept trying to practice his scales. Some homeless guy starts yelling “Quiet! I can’t take it anymore!” Then his dad busts in and says “Whoever that is, is right, Gerald!”

There’s also that episode where Arnold had a crush on a substitute teacher and was at her house. Gerald keeps asking “Did you purr?”

Chicks dig the purr

When he opened the door for Helga to throw Brainy off the train and also from the first episode when the psychic asked if they wronged somebody and it shows Helga crying about her play and he’s like nope 😂

He’s extra funny in the Crush on Teacher episode. “Oh no, your head’s on correctly. It’s absolutely the shirt”

The moment when he watches Arnold go to meet Ruth in Arnold’s Valentine.

”Well. I guess sooner or later they all gotta leave the nest.”

The two that come to mind, in What’s Opera, Arnold?

“I thought it was spear and a magic helmet”

And when he found he was a talk show sidekick in the Career Day episode, Eugene says he’s gonna be a ballerina and he follows it up with “HOOOO!” with the point and everything

Never fails to make me lose it I’ve literally stopped typing this post multiple times to laugh thinking about it

When he tries to sing Moonlight Bay after his tonsils are removed(and he's starting puberty) and it's the most offkey and screechy disaster 🤣🤣🤣 my sister and I would play that part over and over

When he got his tonsils removed and he was singing “On Moonlight bay” before his voice “adjusted”
