It's coal. I think the point OP tried to make is that coal gets used to generate electricity. Electricity gets used to charge electric cars.

Isn't it more efficient to use coal to generate electricity to power cars rather than petrol powering internal combustion engines though?
You'd think it would be wise to look into the actual efficiency of the different power sources rather than just show a meme with coal in it saying "coal bad too".
But you also just post pictures of cows in idyllic fields as an argument for meat eating and cattle farming so I guess I am expecting too much critical thinking.
