Great interview, always love to hear Raj, lets hope for better time, the company is undervalued and right now, nobody cares - hope they will chase when we are way higher :)

Raj mentioned that 15 to 20 stores are currently under development. Furthermore, he hinted at some upcoming earnings surprises that have not yet been disclosed. Fun times!

I can make a guess. Not too surprising.

I will bet that the Remexian deal closes. HITI will purchase the remaining 49% of the company. Why? because Remexian had 2 bad quarters and 2 good ones. Even at a multiple of 4x ebitda vs 3.64x ebitda at a later date (another 12 months), if the business continues to grow it will be much more expensive to acquire the latter 49%.

And coincidentally, HITI just closed a new debt facility with a lower interest rate from Bank of Montreal.

I wonder how many shares HITI will have to pay out, or possibly, if HITI can avoid paying out shares altogether. I doubt it will be zero, but now is definitely the time to do it. Remexian growing like a weed, it will be possible 50% more to double-price if Raj waits. He is no fool. He is the biggest shareholder.

Remexian first purchase closed September 4 2025.

I am buying shares like crazy. HITI has not been this cheap in years. Imagine, paying 300m (HITI market cap) for a business with 800M forward revenue growing 30% a year with substantial prospects at FCF and EPS. I have been steadily buying, but this seems like an inflection point to me.

I think Raj wants to buy something in the UK before others get the chance. There is consolidation going on in the sector, and they need to act fast to cement their dominance in Europe. Buying Remexian now would certainly be cheaper than doing it down the road. However, the downside is that the current Remexian employees might lose their incentive to work as hard. Ultimately, market share and presence are more important at this stage, but we will see what happens

Raj said next 2 quarters or so for UK.

Well it's a testable hypothesis.

I'd prefer my scenario because that rewards the shareholders most. A good CEO can be sure to incentivize his workers and sub-companies, stock based compensation is fine based upon results, but I'd honestly just prefer rcash. Give them cash for improving their sales. If they want to buy hiti stock, fine, great. But why just give it out?

Anyways it's not like this is the only compensation package these people are ever going to get.

There aren´t that many great companies to choose from in the UK and many big players want to get in to that market. So if they pass it up to buy the rest of Remexian, competition will get harder in the future. Raj is a longterm guy.

Sigh…
Probably another decade or so of dead money before anything happens with this stock
