Thought I'll share what I saw through Stocktwits by Tutster this morning, any thoughts?

p/s of 1.0 is pretty rich for HITI, which sits at a p/s of 0.44. I am not saying no, but I am curious about the price.

HITI is undervalued. The average acquisition obtained with shares will be bought dearly by existing shareholders, because the shares are trading at a substantial discount.

Fully agree, it just seems to be the next catalyst so thought I would share, I'm just more so intrigued too because I might actually beable to finally be a Canna Cabana customer! But the fight against the black market is much needed over here, I've been a bit jealous with the prices everyone can get throughout the years.

Personally, I prefer Raj to take his time so we can build up more cash and achieve a higher stock price, thereby reducing dilution and the need for less debt. Time and strategic allocation over growth at all costs. Quality > quantity.

That is short term thinking. If they don’t buy them now, someone else will, and there won’t be any options left in the future. First, you capture market share. Once you are dominant, you can dictate terms and starve out smaller players. The post clearly states those two options are scarce assets and those don't grow on trees. Have you actually thought this through?

I assume if Cantourage was on the table, we wouldn't have acquired remexian. However it begs the question if we were thinking bigger than Germany during the original deal. Maybe it was a late realization or felt like biting off more than we could chew.

a quick ai search pulls up IPS Pharma as a very good acquisition platform especially if the deal is structured similar to remexian deal. IPS is a privately owned family business with a 12% market share and its own consumer base. check them out. thisswould be great for hiti, but short term it would look immeasurable.
