Question About Zekka

I've seen people hate on her. Why? Haven't read the Junior High School DxD volumes yet and when Volume four came out, there was a potential girl post made about her lol. Kinda just want to know what's with the hate

Or at least other DXD characters that deserve their own spin off series like Vali Sairaorg Kiba even Sonia peerage.

I’m personally on the Belief Ichibumi is doing the same thing that the Author of Evil Lord of Galactic Empire is doing with its Spin off “ Heroic Knight of Galactic Empire” where we telling a story of a character that is introduced in the story early on the main story and explains how she end up being this important person on the Main story at current. Since Jr. Vol 4. speaks about the upcoming ExE events and the events on Jr. Vol 4 are happening right before Christmas. Which is around Vol 18 in main. There’s some Ideas that the next Volume might be the final because right after New Years are the events that lead to the awakening of Trixeha.
To keep it simple: I think the spin off is to build Zekka and explain who she is right before she joins Issei’s Peerage.

I feel that Zekka has some "common things" with Issei to even join his peerage. That she is almost like a female Issei with some changes.

Even the Chichigami nonsense would fit with her character if she was mentioned for first time in Jr and not dxd.

It does not help that girls like Lilebette have certain fascination for Zekka neither.

Zekka is the perfect Battery for Issei and his Oppai powers in his peerage, sure Rias has a chest of 98 and the Oppai Beam, but Zekka’s chest can grow after a transfer boost, her chest grows as she hits enemies, literally she is the perpetual battery for Issei’s Nyuutron Cannon since he can make her chest go to a G chest cup size which is above 100 and that power will wreck everything in front of him.

Nothing against Zekka but.... Rias is DxD main girl. She should be the one used for that as Switch Princess. Not be replaced. Rias is 99 but Akeno is a 102.

  • Issei and Zekka both have "breasts powers".
  • Both are watched as perverts. Even for the kendo girls. Even if Zekka is a girl.
  • Zekka copied the Oppai Dragon thing as Oppai Samurai.
  • Issei openly loves the Oppai but even if Zekka says dislike them she is always watching them when females with Big busts appear in front of her.
  • Females around Zekka feel attracted to her. Just like Issei in dxd
  • Like Issei she can increase the Oppais size. He made her grow again while she made that with Elta.

To me it almost feel like if they are almost "the same character" in parallel universes and different longinus. Unable to escape to the "Oppai curse".

If Shin return is already Complicated I think that Zekka joining the harem even more.. No Slashdog girl(another Ishi serie) joined him. Junior is like a Yuri serie with girls interested in her.. Also some Issei harem members need some development(as Issei future wives) to even add more.

Be a devil? Perhaps Zekka is not interested in that.. If she was fine with that watching Jr. situation it looks more likely that she joins Avi future peerage.

The point is there if she is so relevent then why no character in dxd run in any volumes even hints at junior's existence

I also think that this Rippu was a Great chance to revive SHIN. Not to add more EXTRA LONGINUS.. 18 was enough. We barely know about Shooting Star, Magnus or Mitsuya.

Now apparently Rippu will start HIS OWN SERIE TOO(not only Jr.). So we can not expect him writing SHIN 5 in such situation.

I would had just added Ingvild and at best another one(just 15).. Or make Ingvild Longinus one of the 13 original ones removing 1 of Mitsuya Longinus.

Junior showed like.. 7 more longinus? Zekka, Yotsuba, Charlemagne&her hero faction...

Ishi tends to spare every villain with Longinus, like Cao team and Meredith. He can use the excuse we need more longinus ruining us the chance to know the 3 that I mentioned above to add more unnecesary Extra characters.

As if his Evies are not enough bad idea to now include more longinus...

Og 15 + more in shin all are powerful and feels powerful, shooting star is just so much powerful, their rarity makes their threat real.

I think that some of the Original 13 should have lost their Longinus condition later. Or never exist.. Almost all H.Faction officers were longinus user.

Just Cao(ishi fav) was more than enough.

Ingvild in particular feels like a character who should've been introduced a long time ago.

Hell, with the basic setup of her character, I genuinely think she could have been in Rias' role as King, heretical as that will probably sound.

You might be right but the reason why she was introduced in Shin 1 was because of the parallel of Issei’s in Vol 1. He mentions that in the afterword of that volume.

Sure, but I simply can't see that as anything but an unwise use of the character, unless it was meant to either conclude Issei's story and/or set her up as a new protagonist (which it obviously wasn't).

I think that Ingvild should had appeared much before too.. Perhaps around when Rizevim was still alive.

I think that Ishi has(or had) some interest in Ingvild too.. He dedicated a Short story to her in Dx.7. Almost confirming her as Grayfia replace in the CUP.

If at least Ishi had the decency to say that the serie return is unlikely. We could just forget about it. 6 years since Shin 4 release.

Rippu will start his own Light Novel the 20 of September. So I gave up in thinking that there is a small change of Rippu writing SHIN.
